After thinking I had run a hole in my oil pan, I took my VW Passat to S & S. I showed up right when they opened after calling to request a morning appointment a few days prior. Steve got my car in right away, was able to promptly assess my car, and quickly determined the root cause. He also gave me (general) quotes and timelines on other services my car might need soon.
